The
Shat Shyun kennel is officially registered with the Federation
Cynologique Internationale (FCI) since 1997, and is a member of the
National Breed Club. The owner of the kennel, Olga Puginskaya, has
degrees in medicine and dog breeding. We’ve been breeding shar-pei since
1993. In the 14 years since we’ve raised over 100 dogs. Until the
official registration of the kennel shar-peis with the same prefix were
bred in the Animal Society GREEN-GRAD (president M. Koveshnikova,
breeder O. Puginskaya) of the Dog-Breeding Center ELITA KF).

All of our dogs are descend from our first
pedigree females: ARINA and AI HOA with horse hair of cream and deer
color. Later we stopped breeding dogs with horse hair and now all of our
dogs have brush hair. We are breeding our dogs in one of the most
ecologically clean areas near Moscow, which is healthier than breeding
them in the city. We have a small number of dogs, so they live in our
house and are allowed to sleep almost anywhere in it. What matters to us
is quality rather than quantity of dogs. We never cage or muzzle them!
Conditions in our kennel help us raise healthy, mentally stable dogs
that never show aggressive behaviour with people or other animals. Our
dogs are our children! We currently have ten dogs.

The Shat Shyun kennel breeds dogs of all colors except silver. Our main
specialization is in dilute colors, chocolate in particular. Today we
have a rather strong and stable population of chocolate and apricot
dilute dogs. Showing the dogs that live at the kennel at dog shows is
not a goal for us, since our main focus is on quality breeding and
therefore all pedigree dogs are evaluated at least as excellent. Our
puppies grow into champions and we join our kids’ owners in their joy at
the dogs’ victories and titles. We offer puppies of solid and dilute
colors. They are born and live in a home with people and are allowed to
walk freely. They are perfectly socialized and given love and care. We
love our babies and want them to have kind and loving homes. All owners
of our puppies receive recommendations and consultations on raising,
feeding, and showing their dogs. We are happy to exchange breeding
material with other breeders who are
seriously engaged in breeding good-looking and
healthy shar-peis.
We hope that browsing through our site is
a pleasure to use as SHAR-PEI is one of the most mystifying breeds in
the world!
